Michael J. Matsler

Mr. Matsler received his Bachelor of Arts degree in French and German from the University of California at Berkeley in 1977 and his J.D. from Boston College Law School in 1983, where he was Articles Editor on the International and Comparative Law Review. He practiced for six years in New York City with the office of the New York City Corporation Counsel and in private practice.

Attorney Matsler is a past president of the Newburgh Rotary Club; past president of Independent Living, Inc., a non-profit advocate for the disabled; and past Chairman of the Orange County Red Cross. He concentrates on litigation, with emphasis on construction contracts and construction industry dispute resolution; lien law issues; public works and municipal law; employment law; real estate litigation; and general commercial and business litigation. Attorney Matsler is admitted to practice in all New York State Courts and in the Northern, Southern and Eastern Federal District Courts.
