Stephen P., III Duggan

Mr. Duggan holds a B.A. from Yale University. He received his J.D. from the University of Virginia in 1965. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1965 and is also admitted to the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York. Mr. Duggan’s principal areas of concentration include corporate law, real estate law and trusts and estates law.

Attorney Duggan practiced for five years in the legal department of Citicorp in New York City before founding the law firm of Duggan, Crotty and Dunn, P.C. In 2005, Mr. Duggan’s firm merged with the firm of Rider, Weiner & Frankel, P.C. Among his previous activities, Mr. Duggan, was a past Trustee of the Orange County Citizens Foundation, National Temple Hill Association, Holy Cross Foundation, Director of the Hudson Valley Technology Development Center, Inc. and on the Executive Committee of the American Lung Association, Hudson Valley Division.
