Jeffrey S. Sculley

Mr. Sculley, a Member of the firm, has been practicing law since 1992. He received his B.A. from Bradley University and his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law where he served as an editor on the Moot Court Board. He is admitted to both the New York and Illinois bars, as well as U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York.

Attorney Sculley served as judicial law clerk to Honorable Susan Fayette Hutchinson, Justice Second Department Appellate Court in Illinois. Prior to that, Mr. Sculley represented numerous claimants in proceedings before federal administration law judges. Immediately before becoming associated with Rider, Weiner & Frankel, P.C., he practiced with the federal government in Washington D.C. as an appellate litigator and a regulatory, legislative and administrative attorney.

Mr. Sculley’s practice is concentrated in trial and appellate litigation, municipal law, code enforcement and prosecution, employment, contracts and commercial law. He has practiced before the federal courts of appeal for the Sixth, Seventh, Ninth and District of Columbia Circuits. Attorney Sculley has acted as a deputy attorney to the Village of Cornwall-on-Hudson and is a member of the Boards of Directors of Independent Living, Inc. and Children’s Community Service. He serves on the Vestry of St. Philip’s Church in the Highlands, located in Garrison, New York.
