Darren H. Fairlie

Mr. Fairlie is a 2001 graduate of Siena College, magna cum laude, and received his J. D. from the Albany Law School of Union University in 2005 with honors. He was admitted to practice in New York State in 2006, as well as the U.S. District Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in 2007.

Attorney Fairlie is a member of our commercial litigation department. His litigation experience is diverse and covers a broad range of commercial areas including construction, design, contracts, real property, mortgage and foreclosure issues, as well as zoning, planning and unfair trade practices. Mr. Fairlie brings a strong level of business judgment to his practice, understanding cost effective approaches to dispute resolution. His experience encompasses all aspects of the litigation process - beginning with negotiation and including motion practice through appellate work.
